APIS Group is headquartered in Graçanica, Kosovo, with registered offices in North Macedonia, Albania, Croatia and Montenegro — supporting project delivery across the Western Balkans and EU markets. Our teams cover the full mechanical, electrical, ICT and automation stack, plus advisory, service, facility management and ESCO/PPP models.
We work for residential and commercial developers, hospitality operators, healthcare and education clients, industrial owners, public authorities and international financiers — anywhere a built asset needs to be engineered, run and improved.
