Terms governing your access to and use of this website and its content.
Note: This document is a template prepared by APIS Group. Before publication, it must be reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel familiar with the laws of Kosovo (and where applicable, EU law) governing electronic services, intellectual property and consumer protection.
1. Acceptance of terms
These terms of use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the APIS Group website at apisgroup.net and any of its subdomains (the "Website"), operated by APIS sh.p.k. and its affiliated entities (together, "APIS", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy notice and Cookies notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Definitions
- "Content" means all text, images, graphics, logos, videos, code and other material made available through the Website.

You may access and use the Website for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. Specifically, you may:

The "APIS" name, the APIS logo and "Building Performance" tagline are trademarks of APIS Group. Other names, logos and trademarks appearing on the Website are the property of their respective owners.
The website itself was developed by NOOX (www.nooxgroup.com) under a separate development arrangement.
Except for the limited permission to access and use the Website as set out above, no rights or licences are granted under these Terms.
5. User submissions
When you submit information through the Website (e.g. via the contact, careers or subcontractor forms):
- You represent that the information is accurate, complete and submitted lawfully (including with all consents necessary if you are submitting information about other individuals).
- You grant APIS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the information for the purposes described in our Privacy notice.
- You acknowledge that submissions are not treated as confidential unless explicitly agreed in writing (for example, under an NDA).
We reserve the right to disregard or delete any submission that we consider inappropriate, unlawful or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.
6. Disclaimers
Information on the Website is provided "as is" and for general information purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we make no warranty:
- That the Content is complete, current or error-free.
- That the Website will be available without interruption or that it is free from defects, viruses or harmful elements.

You agree to indemnify and hold APIS harmless from and against any claim, demand, loss or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Website.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pristina, Kosovo, save where applicable consumer-protection or mandatory law confers jurisdiction elsewhere.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "effective date" at the top indicates when the Terms were last revised. Material changes will be communicated through the Website. Your continued use of the Website following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
