Engineering Office
The Engineering Office is APIS's central design hub. Multi-discipline engineering design, advanced BIM (Building Information Modelling) for design and construction phases, CAD documentation and technical specifications — supporting every other division with the design output that downstream execution depends on.

- Concept and detailed design across HVAC-R, electrical, plumbing, automation, fire and ICT
- Building Information Modelling (BIM) — Levels 200/300/400 model maturity
- CAD documentation — drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, isometrics
- Technical specifications, material take-offs and BoQ preparation
- Coordination clash detection across MEP and structural disciplines
- Energy modelling and load calculations
- Authority drawings and permit support documentation
